One pound of snacks plus the person getting the gift will know you are thinking about them. We will send out 4 different items. Two 4 ounces of dried fruit and two 4 ounces of nuts (plain, roasted, salted, candied) for a total of one pound This would be enjoyed by someone who doesn't get out much .
